I have tried several - this is the one I purchased!

This program works great in Lion, tracks almost everthing I eat - and you can add custom foods easily! I tracks weight and excersize too.

What blew me away is that I can track anything else I wish... I added an AM glucose level as well as an eveing glucose in a snap using their custom data feature... AND it will graph the data just as easily and beautifully as I graphs food, nutrition etc.

Highly recommended... what this type of product should. I am a reasonably sophisticated user who has authored database software programs and I know these guys are polished pros doing good work.
