I love love love this Perfect Diet Tracker. It is really educating me as to what food choices I am making. The pie charts allow me to see how much fat, carbs. proteins etc. I am consuming and allows me to make my own adjustments. It really is teaching me to be smarter about my choices. Its one thing to have someone else telling me what and how much I should eat but this program is breaking it down so that I am the learning seeing and doing. I used another tracker called Diet Power which is very similar to this one but they do not produce a Mac version so I was very excited when I saw this one, this one is acutually easier to use. Some people might not want to have to enter foods that may not be listed but there are about 90,000 food choices listed in The Perfect Trackers Data Base so I am finding that very few foods have to be hand entered.The program is so easy to use and if entering a few foods is required, well I feel that I am worth the effort. Anyway its like keeping a food diary very little effort is involved. Even Weight Watchers encourages its members to keep a food diary.
I have also done Weight Watchers Points Plus not really being helped to understand the Point values, just meeting my point requirements each day and paying a monthly fee. I did lose weight but I would rather keep the fees and be the one in control of my understanding nutrition and living a healthier lifestyle. Thank you for making this program available I am really enjoying it.
