It is simple and sort of boring, not very interactive and nothing to make it fun (medals, reminders, weekly workout plan) like others I have used. I wish weight would also be on the graph for nutritional intake/calories so I could see if what I ate and calories eaten make a difference rather than having to flip back and forth between the graphs. It has you rate your activity level whereas other apps calculate your daily recommended calorie intake based on what activities you actually enter. For this app, it does not explain what moderately active actually is. On another app, I actually lost more weight when I ate more because I had underrated my activity level so it told me to eat less. I actually needed to eat more as my body stopped losing weight because I was not eating enough. I only figured that out when the app itself updated the calculations from self-rate to what exercise I actually did. It would also be great to have the RDAs actually near the daily columns to see if one went over or under what is recommended for carbs, protein, sodium, fiber, etc.. It would also be nice to see not only current weight compared to goal weight but saying how much you have lost overall from original weight. I know it is on the graph but it is nice to see a big number as well on the summary page. But, I do like it and find it useful. I have lost 5 lbs so far in 3 weeks so it is working for me.
