Great for food, great for overall tracking
I found this app to be very easy for food tracking, adding foods, grouping foods. I even group a salad by veggies, dressing, croutons, etc and name it, I also group sandwhiches, like a banana sandwhich (bread, banana, mayo) to speed entry. I think the database is fair but have taken to enter stats from boxes or cans on a lot of occasions. I like the graphs and ability to customize targets. I think the calories for exercises are pretty generous and tend to massage my credits by reducing time.
Havent figured out a way to print or email results, like a days meals, to someone, but havent contacted support or spent much time trying.
Overall, this is a good tool to have.
